Going by the Black Beast of Argh I was thinking more along the lines of the killer rabbit of Caerbannog. Holy hand grenades ready?

Hm. No mini-Jora, mini-Glint or Mini-Livia?
The only ones I found interesting were the white rabbit, mursaat and nornbear. Will definitely trade for those.
I'm betting I'll get the ether, the ooze or the abyssal, because I'm completely uninterested in them.

How do you all figure the GW version of the Black Beast of Aaaaaarrggghhh looks like a rollerbeetle??? I only know the Monty Python one, and THAT looks nothing like a rollerbeetle...
Is there already a Black Beast in the game??? *checks wiki*
oh God there IS... lame it looks like a beetle. Monty's Beast is waaaaay cooler. But nice tribute I gues..

A big YAAAAAY for no human minis!
I see 3 of the ones requested by me made it into the list, Mursaat, Freezie, Ooze. Some are quite unexpected, and some are really poor choices.
My detailed comments and color predictions:
White Rabbit - looks like an obvious green, it's unique and ubercool, a must have It has no Miniature in it's name so it must be a full-sized Rabbit, I believe Gaile has "The Frog" not Miniature Frog aswell.
Miniature Mad King Thorn - almost a winner, a perfect selection for a gold mini, I haven't expected this one as I've never seen him running
Miniature Freezie - I predicted this one, most iconic creature of all Wintersday, cooler than mini elf. It's probably gold too as it stands out from the others significantly. Next year Miniature Rudi the Reindeer ;p
Miniature Black Beast of Aaaaarrrrrrggghhh - it may be the gold instead of freezie, but i vote purple. Greased Lightning > this reskin imo, it will be a beetle for the masses.
Miniature Nornbear - stands out of the mass of 'regular' mobs, so can't be white
Miniature Mursaat - a nameless mob but a top wanted one, has highest chance of the remaining ones for making it above white rarity. Must have one
Miniature Abyssal - it's a shadow spiked evil Jungle Troll, not creative, I expected a much requested Smite Crawler in this slot. http://images.wikia.com/gw/images/0/07/Abyssal.jpg
Miniature Irukandji - another Wind Rider type, /meh for me
Miniature Forest Minotaur - feels like the worst choice, we already have Aatxe.
Miniature Ooze - predicted and expected, like an obvious choice.
Miniature Raptor - new farmers best friend good choice imho, they look pretty cool.
Miniature Roaring Ether - strangely I remember this one often requested by players.
Miniature Cloudtouched Simian - this one seems really uncool, ugly monkey
Miniature Cave Spider - just a common white, there have been no mini spiders yet so at least it's not a 'reskin'

Seriously Sjeng, where have you been since the introduction of the Domain of Anguish
I'm hoping the White Rabbit will be a quest-related mini, just as the Black Moa Chick.

Miniature Abyssal
Miniature Black Beast of Aaaaarrrrrrggghhh
Miniature Freezie
Miniature Irukandji
Miniature Mad King Thorn
Miniature Forest Minotaur
Miniature Mursaat
Miniature Nornbear
Miniature Ooze
Miniature Raptor
Miniature Roaring Ether
Miniature Cloudtouched Simian
Miniature Cave Spider
Miniature White Rabbit
I expect the Black Beast to be the green from the set, but at least a lot of people will be able to afford one, especially when it looks better than a greased lightning. Personally, I might finally swap out my Grawl for a Cave Spider, but I'll have to wait and see.
EDIT:

There are 14 miniatures for each birthday, so this rabbit will not be quest related.

IMO there is almost no excuse for lazy reskins. It just shows how much resources are pulled into GW2 and we are left with crap. Most people would take in example of the design a winner weapons and realize how awful most of them are implemented. Now there are a few diamonds in the rough that look really good i give you that. But to reskin a beetle, troll, aataxe, ect.. is just not a good idea. Of course there are some people whom might look forward to these mini's. More power to you. Wont argue on what you like and what i dont like, its all a matter of opinion. I am just saying i am ready for GW2 already. I feel mostly everything that has been implemented recently has been half assed. If Anet is really interested in keeping a playerbase through out the entire time till GW2 comes out, they should invest into some new resourses and people. Just IMO of course.

That.. is made of win. The idea anyway. I then saw it was a beetle, so nevermind.
